On Aug 20, 2023 Shakespeare in the Ruff invited Society member Sheilah O’Connor to be interviewed before their play, Richard Three, started. Before a small but appreciative audience, she was asked about the Society, why Shakespeare portrayed Richard as he did, and whether she can still enjoy watching Shakespeare’s play. 
We are grateful for the opportunity to let audiences know that Shakespeare did not write history!
